PTC Companion app for iPhone and iPad

PTC Companion allows real estate agents, lenders, home buyers and sellers to determine closing costs on the go. Choose from “Buyer Net Sheets” or “Monthly Budget”, or simply input the sales price to determine the fees involved in your real estate transaction.

This app helps sellers estimate what they will receive after selling a property and also what buyers will need to bring to the closing table to complete their purchase.
